• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held within a User's Account.

1.3 Governing Language

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account on takbet11:

• Persons under 18 years of age.

• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of takbet11 or any of its Game Providers.
• Persons accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service in violation of these Terms.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on takbet11, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on takbet11 is ৳100. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by the Platform; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. takbet11 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

takbet11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. The Platform operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with legitimate gambling activity may be reported to relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation. Players must not use the takbet11 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal sources.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

takbet11 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded on takbet11 are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x the bonus amount before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 of qualifying bets to be placed before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games and sports bets may have specific contribution rates stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying stake specified in the promotion terms will not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are personal and may only be claimed by the eligible Account holder. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts.

• If a player withdraws real-money funds while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on takbet11 are binding once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager. takbet11 will not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been confirmed except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 6.4 below.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on takbet11. These limits may vary by game type, market, and player Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. takbet11 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Game Integrity and RNG Certification

All casino games available on takbet11 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are provided by certified Game Providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by takbet11, the Game Provider, or any third party. Results displayed in the Platform's game interface are final and binding.

6.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

takbet11 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being reached within a specified timeframe (as defined per sport in the applicable sports betting rules).
• A bet was placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error (palpable error) on the part of the Platform, regardless of whether the error was caught before or after the event's conclusion.
• Technical issues caused by the Platform prevented a bet from being recorded correctly.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns associated with the relevant event.

In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's Account Balance in full.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket and sports events. Odds for in-play markets are updated continuously and reflect the current state of play. takbet11 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of heightened match activity (e.g., the fall of a wicket, a penalty kick, or the completion of an over in cricket). Bets submitted during a market suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations

By using takbet11, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, verification, and when contacting support.
• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify takbet11 immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your Account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.
• Gamble responsibly and make use of the Platform's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takbet11 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Game Provider's software.

• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity for the purpose of creating or accessing an Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward takbet11 staff or other users.

7.3 Intellectual Property

All content published on takbet11 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of takbet11 or its respective Game Providers and licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express written consent of the relevant rights holder.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by takbet11

takbet11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Age verification or KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity has been detected on the Account.
• The Account is associated with money laundering, criminal activity, or irregular betting patterns.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or security requirements necessitate Account suspension.

In the event of Account closure due to a Terms breach, any remaining real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following review, verified real-money funds will be returned to the player's designated payment method.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting takbet11 support at support@takbet11. Before an Account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and the remaining Balance returned to the player's last verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available through the Account dashboard or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be disabled and all marketing communications will be suppressed. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. takbet11 will notify the Account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact support@takbet11.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takbet11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. takbet11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Changes to the Platform

takbet11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform — including specific games, payment methods, or betting markets — at any time without prior notice. The Platform will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

8.7 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to takbet11's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before initiating formal legal proceedings.
